O Lord, my heart is not lifted up;
my eyes are not raised too high;
I do not occupy myself with things
too great and too marvelous for me.
But I have calmed and quieted my soul,
like a weaned child with its mother;
like a weaned child is my soul within me.
O Israel, hope in the Lord
from this time forth and forevermore.

What is it about the senior year that makes time seem to fly even faster than normal! with only a brief vista for looking back while feeling compelled to forge ahead! I pray for God's peace and a big-picture view!
ReplyDeleteGrateful for your prayers, Laurie! What an amazing year it has been for her in her new studies--new friends, new mountains to climb (almost literally, new things to learn...
